Q: Where are you based?
We are currently an online only business based in Staffordshire, UK. Sending an abundance of beautifully wrapped crystals and jewellery out to their new homes each week. We do offer local collection if you live within Stafford or Staffordshire, you can choose this option at checkout.
Q: How do I know what a crystal does?
We have written a description of each crystals Physical and Healing properties within the item, just click into any of our beautiful pieces to be transported into the world of crystals. This should help you to make an informed decision when choosing your crystals. You can also read our blogs on inidividual crystals.
Q: Are your Crystals Real?
Yes, all of our crystals have been hand picked and ethically sourced to be sure of their natural origin. If any piece is Man Made or Treated we will tell you in the description, but it's very rare that we sell pieces that have not come from Mother Earth.
As a Qualified Gemmologist I am adept in identifying natural gemstones and materials and carry my knowledge into finding the finest pieces for you.
Q: What postage options do I have?
Our standard shipping is 5 -7 working days, cost £5.00 for small parcels (Royal Mail Signed For) and £4.00 for Standard Service (under £20 orders only). For small items such as tumbles or bracelets (5 maximum) postage is £3.50.
We offer an express service for £10.00 which is next day if ordered before 3pm.
Orders over £100 have free standard postage within the UK.
Worldwide Postage is available on an individual basis. Please message us with a description of what you are looking for and we will calculate the cost of getting your order to you.

Q: What payment options do I have?
We accept Credit or Debit Cards, Googlepay, ApplePay, Paypal and ClearPay. We can offer cash on collection too for our local customers.
